About the Scholarship
This award is for legally blind U.S. students who have a strong interest in music, and have vocalist or instrumentalist skills. The student must have his/her 19th, but not 26th, birthday by March 1 of the year of auditions. This award is for U.S. students. Must have reached his/her 19th, but not 26th, birthday by March 1 of the year of auditions. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must have a strong interest in music, and have vocalist or instrumentalist skills.
