This award is available to Mississippi high school seniors who plan to enroll full time at a Mississippi public community college or university. Students must have high school grade point average of 2.5 or higher, and scored a 20 or higher on the ACT or a 940 or higher on the SAT. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must have achieved a grade point average of 2.5 or higher after seven or more semesters. Must have an ACT score of 20 or higher. Scores resulting from the national testing of the ACT are the only accepted scores for the state eligibility. Residual test scores are not acceptable. An SAT score of 940 or higher may be substituted for the ACT score. Must be a legal resident of Mississippi. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Must plan to attend a Mississippi public community college or university. Must be accepted for enrollment as a full-time student. Must be a graduating high school senior in the current year.
