Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Must be a resident of New Jersey for a minimum of 12 consecutive months prior to high school graduation. Must rank in the top 15 percent of his/her high school class. Must be a graduating high school senior. Please note: Students who graduate from high school and do not demonstrate college readiness will be given up to one year to gain the skills they need to become college ready. Must enroll in 12 or more credit hours per semester.
