Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must be a North Dakota resident. Must attend a public, private, or tribal college in North Dakota. Must enroll as a full-time student. Must be enrolled as a first-time undergraduate student. A first-time undergraduate student is an individual who has not yet received a bachelor's degree. Must demonstrate unmet financial need, based on federal methodology.
