Eligibility Criteria
Must reside in Boone County, Missouri, St. Louis County, Missouri or Klamath County, Oregon. Must be enrolled in or planning to enroll in lessons for a musical instrument, vocal and singing training, or dance. Must be an undergraduate or graduate student at the time of application.
