About the Scholarship
This scholarship is open to U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who reside or are students in Kentucky and are enrolled in a travel and tourism- or hospitality-related program of study. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a permanent resident of OR a student in the state of Kentucky. Must be entering his/her second year at an accredited two-year college in the upcoming fall semester/term and will have completed a minimum of 30 credit hours by the end of the current semester/term; OR be entering his/her third year at an accredited four-year college or university in the upcoming fall semester/term and will have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours by the end of the current semester/term; OR be entering his/her fourth year at an accredited four-year college or university in the upcoming fall semester/term and will have completed a minimum of 90 credit hours by the end of the current semester/term; OR be entering any year of graduate study in the upcoming fall at an accredited four-year college or university. Must be a full-time student. Must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Must be enrolled in a travel and tourism- or hospitality-related program of study. If a graduate student, the applicant must also demonstrate a clear focus on and commitment to the tourism subject area.
