Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or a qualifying non-citizen. Must be enrolled as a part-time student. Must enroll in an approved undergraduate degree program or registered certificate program at a degree-granting institution in New York. Must be a legal resident of New York. Must demonstrate financial need and meet income eligibility limitations, as set by the New York Higher Education Commission. Must be a high school graduate or older.
