Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a veteran of the armed forces of the United States who served in hostilities that occurred after February 28, 1961. Must be a legal resident of New York. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be enrolled in an eligible program at a college or university in New York State. Must enroll as a full-time or part-time student.
