Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident. Must be a New York State resident. Must be a senior in high school at the time of application. Must plan to enroll in a two- or four-year college or university located in New York State. Must have a grade point average of 2.8 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
