Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a resident of Oklahoma. Must plan to teach in a critical teacher shortage area. The current shortage areas are as follows: art, early childhood education, elementary education, English, family/consumer sciences, foreign language, mathematics, music, physical education/health, science, school counselor, school psychologist, social studies, and special education. Must attend an Oklahoma college or university. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Must be enrolled full or part time. *Please note: Full-time students will be given priority in awarding scholarships.
