About the Scholarship

The Parker and Virginia Howell Scholarship Fund is available for graduating high school seniors and undergraduarte students from the city of Ventura, California. Applicants must have unmet financial need, a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and must be planning to major in creative writing or engineering. Must be a resident of the city of Ventura, California and a graduating senior or previous graduate of a high school in Ventura. Must be majoring in creative writing or engineering.
