About the Scholarship
This award is available for U.S. and international undergraduate and graduate students who are residents of an eligible Midwestern state. Applicant must have a grade point average of 2.5 to 3.0. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for international and U.S. students. Must be a resident of one of the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, or Wisconsin.
