Eligibility Criteria
Must be a resident of Illinois. Must identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender. Must be between the ages of 17 and 22. Must be accepted as or enrolled as an undergraduate student at the time of application. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
