This award is available for current high school seniors and college freshman residing in Sacramento, California. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for international and U.S. students. Must be a high school senior or college freshman at the time of application. Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Must self-identify as either a gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender person, or as a supporter of gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender people.
