About the Scholarship
This award is available for Florida high school seniors who are planning to attend a state university, community college or any division of higher learning supported by the state of Florida. Students must be willing to write a 1,000-word essay on 'Why Education is Important.' Must be a resident of Florida. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must attend a state university, community college or any division of higher learning supported by the state of Florida.
