About the Scholarship
This scholarship is available for international and U.S. students who are either residents of Arkansas attending an in-state or out-of-state postsecondary institution or are from out-of-state and attending a postsecondary education institution in Arkansas. Students must plan to be enrolled in a postsecondary institution for the following academic year. Application requirements for the R. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for international and U.S. students. Must be either a resident of Arkansas attending an in-state or out-of-state postsecondary institution OR an out-of-state student attending a postsecondary education institution in Arkansas. Postsecondary education institution refers to a two- or four-year university, college, or trade school. Must enroll on a half time or more basis.
