Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Must be a resident of Vermont. Must be an incoming or current certificate or undergraduate student. Must enroll on a three-quarter (nine credits per term) basis or higher.
