About the Scholarship
Graduating high school seniors or current students who are enrolled in a flight program at a college or university are eligible for this award. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Application requirements for the Richard L. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be an incoming or current undergraduate student. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
