About the Scholarship

This scholarship is open to students who reside in Idaho, graduated from an Idaho high school (or equivalent), and attend an Idaho college or university. Students must pursue either a professional-technical degree leading to something less than a baccalaureate degree or a baccalaureate degree in secondary education in a professional-technical area; students must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Application requirements for the Roger C. Sathre Memorial Scholarship Fund are:Application form Essays (6) Official Transcript Recommendation letters (2) FAFSA Portfolio (opt.)

Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must be a resident of Idaho. Must have graduated from an accredited high school in Idaho or the equivalent. Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher in the previous two years of school at an accredited high school or postsecondary school. Must enroll as a full-time student. Must be enrolling in a baccalaureate degree program or lower. Must enroll in either a professional-technical degree leading to something less than a baccalaureate degree or a baccalaureate degree in secondary education in a professional-technical area.
