About the Scholarship

U.S. undergraduate students with 60 or more semester credit hours or master's degree candidates with 15 or more semester credits are eligible for this award. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and be enrolled in a transportation-related discipline. Application requirements for the Rosa L.
