Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a resident of Vermont. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Must demonstrate a dedication to the interests of the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, and questioning community through significant personal growth, public commitment, and activism.
