Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or a legal permanent resident. Must enroll as a full-time, degree-seeking undergraduate student. Must be a South Carolina resident at the time of high school graduation and at the time of college enrollment. Must attend an eligible South Carolina insitution. Must have a cumulative grade point ratio of 3.0 or higher based on the Uniform Grading Scale at time of high school graduation. Must be a high school senior at time of application.
