About the Scholarship

This award is available for U.S. undergraduate students who are 23 years of age or younger. Students must be a dependent child of an active duty personnel, reserve/guard, or a retired military member. Dependent children of employees of DoD, NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration), Public Health Services or other federal or military related agencies or activities are not eligible unless they also meet the above requirement. Students must also have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher and not be married. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a graduating high school senior or a current undergraduate student at time of application. Must be 23 years of age or younger. Applicants must be under the age of 21 if they are not enrolled as full-time students. Must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must enroll full time at an accredited college or university. Must not be married. Must be a dependent child of an active duty personnel, reserve/guard, or a retired military member. Dependent children of employees of DoD, NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration), Public Health Services or other federal or military related agencies or activities are not eligible unless they also meet the above requirement.
