Eligibility Criteria
Must demonstrate a commitment to community service and participation in academic or community groups, organizations, and associations. Must reside in Pinellas County, Florida. Must be a high school senior at the time of application. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
