Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must be a high school junior or senior at time of application. Must be a resident of Nebraska, South Dakota, The Kansas Plain, or southwest Iowa. Eligible counties in Iowa are: Cass, Fremont, Harrison, Mills, Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie, and Shelby. All counties of Kansas are eligible except: Franklin, Johnson, Leavenworth, Linn, Miami and Wyandotte).
