Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a high school senior at time of application. Must be a resident of one of the 26 northernmost counties of the Texas panhandle, and be graduating from a high school located in one of the 26 counties. Must plan to attend Amarillo College, Texas Tech University, or West Texas A&M University. Must enroll as a full-time student. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
