Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be attending Hilo High School or Waiakea High School. Must be a resident of the island of Hawai'i. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must demonstrate academic achievement with a grade point average of 2.7 or higher. Must plan to attend an accredited two- or four-year accredited college or university as a full-time student (12 credits per semester). Must be a high school senior at time of application.
