About the Scholarship

This award is for high school seniors who will be enrolled full time in a degree program in a STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) field. Students must be junior members of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers and have a grade point average of 2.75 or higher. Students of Hispanic descent will be given priority. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for international and U.S. students. Must be a high school senior who is graduating from an accredited high school in the United States with a diploma and will be attending an accredited two- or four-year college or university in the United States or Puerto Rico. Must be an SHPE Junior member in good standing at time of application and must join SHPE as a student member upon graduation from high school. Must have a grade point average of 2.75 or higher. Must be enrolled full time (12 hours) throughout the academic year.
