Eligibility Criteria
Must be a licensed radio amateur (any class). Must be enrolled at a regionally accredited technical school, community college, college, or university in a program leading to an undergraduate degree. This award is for international and U.S. students. Must be a resident of Illinois or the ARRL Central Division area (Indiana, Wisconsin). Must be enrolled on a part-time or full-time basis.
