International high school seniors, undergraduate or graduate students who have been admitted to Southeast Missouri State University by March 1 are eligible for this award. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for international students. Must be a full-time student. Must be attending or planning to attend Southeast Missouri State University in Missouri. Must be a high school senior or older to apply for this undergraduate and graduate award.
