Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident of the United States. Must be a student who has attended at least four of the six secondary grade school years at a southern Santa Barbara County school and be a senior graduating from a southern Santa Barbara County high school to apply for this undergraduate award. Must demonstrate the highest levels of academic achievement. Must be a legal resident of Goleta, Santa Barbara, or Carpinteria, California.
