Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must demonstrate past and current involvement in community service, public service, volunteer work and/or environmental activities. Must live in the South Coast Water Disctrict (SCWD) service area which includes Dana Point, Capistrano Beach, Monarch Beach, South Laguna and parts of north San Clemente & north San Juan Capistrano in California. Students may contact SCWD to confirm that they live within its service area.
