This award is available for U.S. high school seniors and adult students entering their freshman year who are graduates of Wilby High School in Waterbury, CT, and ranked in the top five percent of their class. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a high school senior OR an adult student entering his/her freshman year as a first-time college student. Must have a grade point average of B- or higher. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Must graduate from Wilby High School in Waterbury, Connecticut. Must be ranked in the top five percent of his/her high school class. Must be very committed to racial tolerance and understanding. Must be a resident of the Connecticut Community Foundation's 21-town service area: Beacon Falls, Bethlehem, Bridgewater, Cheshire, Goshen, Litchfield, Middlebury, Morris, Naugatuck, New Milford, Oxford, Prospect, Roxbury, Southbury, Thomaston, Warren, Washington, Waterbury, Watertown, Wolcott, and Woodbury.In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:Sign Up To View
