About the Scholarship

A TEACH grant awards $4,000 per year to students studying in an eligible program. Students must also agree to teach in a high-need field as a certified teacher. They must commit to teach in this field for at least four years. There is also required counseling to complete before receiving a TEACH Grant. Eligibility Criteria

Must fill out a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form and demonstrate financial need. Must intend to become a teacher in a high-need field or shortage area.
