This scholarship is available for a Texas high school senior who is a member or the child of a member of a local union that is affiliated with the Texas AFL-CIO and the local Central Labor Council. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a member or the child of a member of a local union that is affiliated with the Texas AFL-CIO and the local Central Labor Council. Must be a resident of Texas. Must be a high school senior who is planning to attend a university, college or technical institute in the upcoming summer or fall term.
