About the Scholarship
This scholarship is open to residents of Davie, Forsyth, Surry, Wilkes, or Yadkin counties in North Carolina who are 21 years of age or older and plan to pursue an undergraduate degree. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, be employed 20 or more hours monthly, and demonstrate financial need. Application requirements for the Thomas E.
