About the Scholarship

This award is for U.S. college sophomores who are legal residents of the state of Illinois and are pursuing a degree with an emphasis in real estate. The student must have 30 college credit hours or more completed at time of application. Application requirements for the Thomas F. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 5.0 scale. Must be a legal resident of the state of Illinois.
