About the Scholarship

U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who are current COMTO members are eligible for this award. Students must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must enroll in six or more credit hours. Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Must be a member of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) in good standing for one year or more. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
