Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Must be a resident of Delaware. Preference will be given to residents of Sussex County. Must be a high school graduate or current college student. The student must enroll as an undergraduate in the fall of the year in which the scholarships are awarded. Must enroll full time. Must be active in community service.
