About the Scholarship
High school seniors graduating from Southern High School in Durham, North Carolina who have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher are eligible for this award. Students must demonstrate financial need and plan to attend a two- or four-year college or university. This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a graduating high school senior to apply for this freshman year award. Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Must graduate from Hillside High School, Northern High School, Riverside High School, Southern High School, or the City of Medicine Academy in Durham, North Carolina.
