Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a first-year, first-time student, OR a transfer undergraduate student. Must have an SAT score of 1100 or higher (combined math and critical reading scores). Must, at a minimum, be in the top 40 percent of his/her high school class; however, most recipients are in the top 10 percent of their class. Must plan to attend the University of Maine. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must plan to enroll as a full-time student in a minimum of 12 credits per semester in an approved undergraduate program.
