Eligibility Criteria
Must be a resident of Ventura County, California for a minimum five years. Must be enrolled or planning to enroll in a career technical education program for certification (not an associate’s degree) located in Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, or Los Angeles County or in a Certificate Program at a community college in Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, or Los Angeles County.In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:Sign Up To View
