Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be of Japanese ancestry or part-Japanese ancestry OR be a member of the Japanese American Citizens League. Preference may be given to Ventura County Japanese American Citizens League members or dependents. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must reside in Ventura County, California and graduate from a high school in Ventura County. Must be a high school senior at time of application.
