About the Scholarship

This award is open to Texas high school students. Students must submit a piece of patriotic art (digital art not accepted). Eligibility Criteria

Must be in grades 9, 10, 11, or 12 at the time of application. Must be enrolled in a public, private, parochial or a home-study program in Texas. This award is for U.S. students.
