Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must have been a resident of New Mexico at original time of entry into the armed forces or have lived in New Mexico for ten years or more . Must have been awarded a Vietnam campaign medal for services in Vietnam during the period of Aug. 5, 1964 to the official termination of the Vietnam conflict. The student must also be honorably discharged from the armed forces of the United States. Must attend a public or selected private non-profit postsecondary institution in New Mexico.
