This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or an eligible non-citizen. Must be enrolled at an approved postsecondary institution in the state of Virginia. Must be a resident of Virginia. Must be enrolled in a certificate program or a degree program (undergraduate, graduate, or professional).
