Must be registered as a member of a federal or state recognized tribe, OR be a descendant of at least one grandparent or parent who is an enrolled tribal member. (Alaska Natives may use Native Corporation membership.) Must be enrolled full time. Must be a current college freshman. Must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher.
