Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Priority is given to residents of West Virginia. Must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher or its equivalent upon graduation from high school, or have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher after completing two semesters of coursework at an institution of higher education. Must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment in an engineering, science, or technology program leading to a certificate or an associate's or bachelor's degree at an eligible institution of higher education.
