This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a current college freshman or older to apply for this undergraduate award. The student must have completed 12 or more college credit hours. Must plan to tranfer to Western New England College in Massachusetts. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
