Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a high school senior or undergraduate student at the time of application. Must have a parent who is incarcerated or demonstrates a history of incarceration. Must have a competitive grade point average. A grade point average of 3.0 or higher is recommended, but not required. Must be a resident of Utah.
